6. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

We make no guarantees regarding:

Leads

Patient volume

Business growth

Results vary based on:

Execution

Market conditions

Business model

External factors

You agree that:

Your results are solely your responsibility.

7. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree to:

Provide accurate information

Use services lawfully

Maintain confidentiality of your account

Not misuse the platform

You are fully responsible for:

All activity under your account

Your business decisions

Compliance with all applicable laws

8. SMS / COMMUNICATION CONSENT

FTC advertising rules

State licensing laws

Control your patient data

Assume liability for compliance failures

18. PRIVACY POLICY

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

19. DISPUTE RESOLUTION (UPDATED FOR VA)
